Manufacturing Process

Cold heading process revolves around the concept of altering initial steel “blank” through force, using a series of tools and dies to change the blank into a finished product.

We manufacture CHQ Wires using HRPPD (Hot Rolled Pickling, Phosphating and Drawing) & SAPPD (Spherodized Annealed, Pickling, Phosphating and Drawing) processes at out state-of-the-art facilities in Maharashtra.
